    • The scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in a written agreement between Technetty and the client.
    • Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

    • Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
    • Clients must adhere to timelines and approvals to avoid project delays.
    • All materials provided by the client (e.g., logos, images, and text) must be free from copyright infringement.

4. Payment Terms

    • Payment terms, invoices, and due dates will be outlined in the service agreement.
    • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
    • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly covered under our Refund Policy (see Section 8 below).

5. Intellectual Property

    • Any custom designs, graphics, and content created by Technetty remain the intellectual property of Technetty until full payment is received.
    • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided by Technetty.

6. Confidentiality

    • Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the engagement private. 
    • Technetty will not disclose client information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

    • Technetty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 
    • While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as search engine rankings or ad performance.

8. Refund Policy

At Technetty, we are committed to providing high-quality services. However, refunds will only be granted under specific conditions outlined below:

8.1 General Terms 

  • Refunds are applicable only to eligible services, if mentioned in the written agreement with the client.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to info@technetty.com 

8.2 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Non-Delivery: Refunds are considered if Technetty fails to initiate service delivery within the agreed timeline.
  • Subscription-Based Services: 30 days notice to be sent if you wish to cancel ongoing subscription services. No refund applicable here.

8.3 Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom graphic design, branding, and logo services once approved.
  • Paid advertising budgets allocated to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Fully delivered services.
  • Completed consultations or strategy sessions.

8.4 Refund Process

  • Submit a request via email to info@technetty.com with details.
  • The request will be reviewed within 7 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

9. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel ongoing services with at least 30 day’s advance written notice.
  • Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless covered under the refund policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

    • Technetty reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    • Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.

11. Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi. 
    • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
